Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for the following scenarios:

Damaged/Broken Candles: If your candle arrives broken or damaged, you may request a refund.

Damaged/Broken Wax Melts: We will refund wax melts that arrive damaged or broken.

Damaged/Broken/Nonfunctional Soap Pumps: If the soap pump on your foaming hand soap is damaged or does not function properly upon arrival, you are eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

Refund Processing: Once your request is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items: We do not offer refunds for items that are not damaged or defective. This includes products that have been used or altered in any way after receipt.
