At Lighthearted Candle Company, we are committed to delivering your candles, wax melts, and foaming hand soaps to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our shipping methods, costs, and delivery times.

 


 

1. Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the United States.

  • Expedited Shipping: If you need your items sooner, we offer expedited shipping options that generally take 2-3 business days.

  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over established price points. At this time we do not offer free shipping at all times. 

  • International Shipping: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

3. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

4. Delivery Times

  • Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high demand during peak seasons.

  • Tracking Your Order: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance.

5. International Shipping

  • Customs and Import Duties: For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs at checkout.

  • Customs Delays: International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, which could result in delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

  • Restricted Areas: We currently do not ship to certain countries due to shipping restrictions. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for alternative solutions.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

8. Address Errors

  • Incorrect Shipping Address: It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If you realize there is an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
